Aluwax Impressional Wax
MAKE A LASTING IMPRESSION . . . A simple, yet effective method to use with your BITE BLOCK HEAD AND NECK IMMOBILIZATION SYSTEM. This dental wax (gray in color) is easy to form by heating in a water bath (or your room faucet water) 90° to 155°F. The wax may be used in sheet strip form or rolled into a mass. After softened, place around the bite piece and into the patient’s mouth. Setting time, 1–2 minutes. Sets hard—guaranteed you’ll like it!

Utility Wax
This paraffin wax material is soft and pliable and can be molded into
the smallest detailed configuration.
It comes packaged in a box of 55 square rope strips (11" x 3/16" x 3/16") and
is ready to use. Starting with one rope strip, and by adding rope to rope,
you can construct the shape you need without having to
mix or melt a material/chemical. The wax will maintain its
shape as long as it isn’t pressured out of shape.

Simply soften in hot water for less than 1 minute and contour—either directly against the skin or a plaster or dental stone mold.
Produces a rigid, unbreakable mold, which can be repeatedly modified by reheating.

When forming bite blocks, place the softened pellets in a small plastic bag prior to inserting in the mouth. (DO NOT PLACE SOFTENED PELLETS DIRECTLY INTO THE MOUTH).
Once the mold is completed and cooled, remove the plastic bag.
